There is no ‘I’ in any project. It is always ‘We’. The projects starts with the client, and is channelised through us into design and to execution at site by various people and craftsmen. The final product is the combined effort of the people involved, and everyone leaves a part of his/her on the project. We celebrate the collaboration and let each part be meaningful.

Architect Led Design Build is single-source responsibility for the design, construction and commissioning of buildings. Typically, an owner hires an architect to draw a building and a contractor to oversee the subcontractors that will build the building. This separation is adverse for the quality and cost of building. Project stakeholders lose out. Architect Led Design Build is an agile process in which the same people are responsible for an entire building project. Our architects are also construction managers, meaning feedback between method of construction and design is fluid and responsive. Priorities between design, cost and schedule are clear. Creativity is responsible.
Architecture is the transformation of the given site to a favourable space. We channelise the project program to the create the project at site in collaboration with other consultants and the site team. We address requirements and constraints with the right mix of analytical thinking, creativity and artistry — designing buildings that make a statement, conserve natural resources and enrich the human experience. We offer clients a full range of architectural design services, from concept through construction. Our firm includes experts in sustainable design, code compliance, contract administration, and building information modeling who contribute to our projects and create a truly collaborative process.
We believe that just like the building envelope, the interior spaces influence the users. Many undermine the importance of the interior spaces. We see it as a chance to create aspects that influence one’s day to day function, and in the larger picture enhance one’s life. We explore and intelligently use various elements and materials to enrich the user experience. The details are diligently worked for a customised easy life. Beyond selecting colors and lighting and furniture, we see our role as imagining how people will interact with and be affected by a space, and how we can enrich their time in it. Our firm offers full-service interior design, lighting design, and furniture, fixture & equipment (FF&E) procurement.
To begin, execute and finish a project with all the factors associated with it going hand in hand and ensuring that each stage is successfully completed is a challenging task. We confront it by keeping up with our schedules and managing every activity in our studio. Involving ourselves into each stage of the project helps us to economize without compromising in the quality of the building.
The firm strives to remain at the forefront of new and ever-changing technology and is currently utilizing BIM (Building Information Modeling). The state of the art program allows for better design integration throughout the project development phases from conceptual design through construction administration and is capable of transforming or integrating data into the building management systems at the project completion for better building performance analysis and control. The virtual building model provides real-time analytic statistics and project outcome simulations to assist the architect and project owner in their decision making. It offers significant benefits for a construction project and the project owner by faster delivery, high quality, cost certainty, lower risk, green performance and more efficient operation.
Led by a triumvirate from IIT Roorkee, with experience in top companies such as JLL, ITC and IBM, and architectural firms such as EHDD and HundredHands, the team is made of young enthusiastic and creative people with multiple and different skills and talents. They work collaboratively to spark an idea and bring to fruition. The commonality is that we are all doers. We get our hands dirty.
