COURTYARD HOUSE SIZE-S

The Proviso provided by the client was simply put – a modern exposition of a naalukettu. This naalukettu residence was tactfully incorporated into a compact 1000sq ft. This included a cosy, well-ventilated interior with mostly wooden finishing, replicating the traditional-Kerala home interiors with an undertone for modern living. The ample natural lighting and ventilation was achieved through careful planning and design of fenestrations. The window detailing and lighting fixtures showcase an impeccable eye for detail and care that was poured into this project. This project simply reveals how the client’s inclination to a naalukettu concept in a smaller plot was well executed through a tactful design.
