On-going
This residence in Bangalore required two rentable units on its first floor without compromising the privacy of neither the client family or the other users. The tiny plot is on a contoured site and these levels are employed in the design strategically. The front façade has both jali work detailing between brick cladding as well as a stone-fence for the utmost privacy of the client family, which directs us to a single unapparent main entry on the East elevation. Upto four cars can be parked in the site. The projecting box structure in the front façade of the first floor is slightly distorted, it has stone cladding and bay windows and is a prominent feature of the house.
