House of Lines

This is a three-bedroom contemporary house+ store on a narrow plot near Perandoor Temple planned according to client requirement. The ground floor-frontal space is where the store is positioned. Adding to this mandatory requirement of the shop cum residence and an astute following up of Vastu, was the narrowness of the site with abundant trees. This project required clever design logic, without making the space look crowded. The use of lines in the design prompted visual engagement which also created the impression of space.
