Founded in 1989, TJN group is specialized in civil earth moving, mass grading, excavation and civil construction, which owns and operates over 100 heavy earth moving machines. It envisions to be an excellent quality product provider in real estate industry. A residential apartment development project for HIG, designed as a climatic responsive building. The main elevations and rooms were placed facing north and south and towards the prevailing wind. The form was staggered out to provide generous shade for direct and diffused radiation, also ensuring effective cross ventilation. The building was designed with knowledge of the macro and micro climate.
